Ordering, Pick up and Delivery

Welcome to Mac Chef meal service! We’re thrilled to provide you with delicious, nutritious meals that align with your health and fitness goals. Here’s everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, and pick-up:

1. Ordering Process

Main Menu Orders (Bulk, Lifestyle, Shred and Custom Meals)

• Deadline: To ensure timely preparation, please place your main menu orders at least 48 hours in advance, if you require delivery please see section below.
• Contact Us: If you have any special requests or dietary preferences, feel free to contact our team. We’re here to assist you!

Specials Menu (Sundays Only)

• Every Monday, we post a fresh Specials Menu with three unique meals. These exclusive dishes are available for pick-up or delivery
• Check our website or follow us on social media to stay updated on the weekly specials.

2. Delivery Information

Free Auckland-Wide Delivery

• Eligibility: Enjoy free delivery if you order 10 or more meals.
• Delivery Day: Deliveries take place exclusively on Sundays.
• Order Cut-Off: To receive your meals on Sunday, place your order by Friday of the same week.
• Delivery Time: Our team delivers on a Sunday after 1pm, we will give you a text to tell you when we are on our way. 

3. Pick-Up Details

Location and Pick-Up Hours

• We’re conveniently located just off the main street in Panmure, Auckland, inside the shopping arcade at 100 Queens road.
• Address: 3/100 Queens road, Panmure, Auckland 1072
• Parking: Ample free parking is available for pick-up customers either on Queens road or next to the Panmure library where you can find us through back entrance to the arcade.

• Pick-Up Time: You can pick up your meals 7 days a week. Please collect your order between 5.00pm and 8:00 PM, if you have selected pick up we will be in touch to arrange a time with you.
