Our Bulk range macros are approximately 25% protein, 25% fat and 50% carbs. The goal is to provide the body with the necessary energy and nutrients to support muscle growth and recovery. 

Suitable for those who regularly train with weights and are aiming for a moderate calorie surplus, typically around 300-500 calories per day above your maintenance level, each meal contains between 600-700 calories. This surplus provides the extra energy needed for muscle growth without excessive fat gain.
